Pan-Atlantic University has taken a bold step into the future with its Strategy Summit, held at the Enterprise Development Centre on the Lekki Campus. The summit brought together the Board, Governing Council, and academic leadership to reflect deeply on the university’s trajectory and chart a shared vision for growth.

The summit was led by Professor Uchenna Uzo, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), and attended by distinguished leaders, including Vice-Chancellor Professor Enase Okonedo, Chairman of the Governing Council Professor Steve Afolami, Pro-Chancellor Odein Ajumogobia, and members of the strategy team.
At the heart of the discussions was a central question: How can Pan-Atlantic University grow without losing sight of its mission? That mission, developing ethical and competent professionals, remains the compass guiding every decision.

Seven strategic pillars emerged as the foundation for this vision:
Engagement – strengthening our ties with society and industry
Sustainability – ensuring responsible growth for generations to come
Identity and People – nurturing our culture and community
Teaching and Learning – innovating while upholding academic excellence
Research – advancing knowledge with impact
Infrastructure – building spaces that inspire and enable
Technology – harnessing innovation to transform education

The summit was more than a gathering; it was a milestone. It reaffirmed Pan-Atlantic University’s collective commitment to grow together, guided by values, driven by vision, and united in purpose.
