Background:Rosemary C. Okolo (Ed.D, Creighton University, Omaha) is a Senior Fellow and Faculty member in the School of Management and Social Sciences, Pan-Atlantic University. She started her career as a teacher at the Secondary school level where she held roles as Head of Department, Vice-Principal and Principal at different stages. The experiences gathered in administration propelled her to higher leadership roles as Deputy Registrar and Registrar at Pan-Atlantic University. She served as Registrar from 2012-2021 and returned to teaching in a different capacity where she continues to make significant positive influence on young minds and contribute to academia.

Research interest: Okolo’s interest lies in leadership in the fields of arts and social sciences with bias for mentoring, business and other related areas where positive impact can be made in the lives of young people.
