Dr. Nnenna Ugwu is the Head of Alumni Relations & Support Services and a Faculty Member at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University. She is an experienced education and development professional with expertise in alumni engagement, institutional partnerships, programme support, and entrepreneurship development.
At EDC, she leads initiatives that strengthen relationships with alumni, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance post-program engagement, helping entrepreneurs and business leaders build sustainable networks for growth. As a faculty member, she provides practical insights into business law, governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional frameworks, equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge needed to build compliant and sustainable enterprises. She is also passionate about mentorship, community building, and empowering the next generation of African entrepreneurs.
