Mr. Adegboyega Adebajo is a seasoned Financial and Business Advisor with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, and business advisory. He has extensive expertise in strategic planning, operations management, financial advisory, and entrepreneurship development, supporting startups, SMEs, and established businesses.

He began his career at Centre-Point Merchant Bank in 1988 and rose to become Assistant General Manager and Head of Investment Banking & Structured Finance at Diamond Bank before founding his consulting firm in 2013. Throughout his career, he has successfully led equity and debt fundraising transactions, provided financial advisory services, served on corporate boards, and contributed to industry knowledge through seminars, conferences, and media engagements on Nigeria’s economy.
