Josephine Aligwekwe is a branding, communications, and executive coaching expert with over 30 years of experience spanning strategic branding, corporate communications, public relations, marketing, reputation management, and mergers and acquisitions across the banking, insurance, media, entertainment, technology, and other sectors.

She is the Founder and Principal Psychotherapist of TalktoJoJo1st Ltd, a virtual therapy platform supporting individuals affected by abuse and trauma. An accomplished executive coach, counsellor, and facilitator, Josephine is passionate about leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and personal transformation.

At the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University, she facilitates programmes on Branding as a Marketing Tool, Effective Communication, Coaching, Mentorship, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) across initiatives such as the Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM), Certified Executive Programme (CEP), Road to Growth Programme, and Standard Chartered Women in Tech (SC WIT).
