Mr. Uchendu Egbuna

Mr. Uchendu Egbuna is a business development consultant, entrepreneurship trainer, and mentor with over 10 years of experience supporting the growth of more than 10,000 MSMEs across Nigeria and Africa. As a Certified Consultant and Trainer with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University, he has facilitated several flagship entrepreneurship programmes, including CEM, EMS, Mastercard Foundation, Standard Chartered Women in Tech, Stanbic Bank Enterprise Training, Providus Bank SME Programme, and Sterling Bank One Woman.

Formerly Program Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Nigeria and Business Development Manager, Uchendu has extensive experience in programme design, business advisory, access to finance, and ecosystem development. He is also the founder of the Venture Pathway Accelerator, where he supports startups with mentoring and growth strategies. His expertise includes business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing, business model design, operations management, and entrepreneurship coaching, helping founders build structured, scalable, and sustainable businesses.
