PAU Governing Council Appoints New Registrar

Mr. Kingsley Ukaoha, former Director of Students Affairs is the new Registrar of Pan-Atlantic University. The Governing Council of the University appointed Mr. Ukaoha as Registrar in November 2020. He takes over from Mrs. Rosemary Okolo, who served diligently as Registrar for over eight years. Following this development, Mrs. Rosemary Okolo will continue to serve the University in other capacities. Mr. Ukaoha’s appointment took effect on April 1, 2021.

Directors of Enterprise Centres Visit Pan-Atlantic University

On Thursday, March 18, 2021, participants of the Embedded Enterprise Education programme facilitated by the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), paid a visit to the main campus of the University. The visit involved a tour of the facilities on the main campus and a Q and A session with the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Juan Elegido, and the Director of EDC, Engr. Peter Bamkole. Participants of the programme included directors of enterprise development centers in Nigeria and their representatives.

2021 Matriculation Ceremony

The Matriculation Ceremony for 2021 will take place on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at the main campus of the University. The event will be held following COVID-19 regulations, hence only matriculating students and principal officers will be physically present at the ceremony. The event will be streamed live on YouTube and Zoom for those who will not be attending physically.

Pan-Atlantic University Organises Virtual Career Fair

Pan-Atlantic University held its first-ever Virtual Career Fair on Wednesday 18th February 2021, with the theme, “Leadership and Millennials: Adapting to New Work Realities.” Omolara Yeku, an accomplished HR Field Specialist and the Head of HR, Food Division, at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc., was the guest speaker. Hyde Energy Trust Supports PAU Students with Laptops

Five students of Pan-Atlantic University received laptops from Hyde Energy Trust to support them with online learning. The gifts enabled the students to meet the demands of virtual learning imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Representatives of students who received the laptops paid a courtesy visit to Hyde Energy Limited accompanied by Mr. Franklin Wiggle (Director, University Relations and Development) and Mrs. Nkiru Ukachukwu (Career and Internship Manager) to show their appreciation for the gifts received.
