Pan-Atlantic University was pleased to host a delegation from the University of Sussex earlier this week. The delegation, led by Professor Robin Banerjee, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Global and Civic Engagement, and Alice McCallum, Regional Manager for Africa, included Louis Omolayo Adekola, Regional Officer (West Africa) from their International Office.
The visit provided an opportunity for fruitful discussions between the representatives of both universities. Professor Banerjee and Ms. McCallum met with our VC, Professor Enase Okonedo, Registrar, Mr. Kingsley Ukaoha, and the Dean of the School of Media and Communication, Dr. Ikechukwu Obiaya.
The conversations focused on exploring potential areas of collaboration, particularly in light of the shared focus of both universities on media, communication, business, entrepreneurship, innovation, and research. The possibility of a future dual degree programme was also discussed with enthusiasm.
