PAU Academic Transcript Form

PROCEDURE FOR PAU TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM

The following procedure will guide graduates of Pan-Atlantic University on how to process their transcript requests.

Signature of Applicant

The PAU Transcript Request Form should be filled and signed (at the bottom where it says: signature of Applicant) and sent back to the registry through the specified email addresses.

Application Fees

Each transcript costs ₦5 ,000:00 to prepare.

 Transcript via Email attracts no further charges.

FOR HARDCOPY POSTING, SEE ADDITIONAL COURIER MAILING RATES:
• Transcript within Lagos Island: ₦5, 000:00
• Transcript within Lagos Mainland: ₦10, 000:00
• Transcript outside Lagos but within Nigeria: ₦15, 000:00
• Transcript outside Nigeria depends on the country the transcript is going to but it is:  
  • ₦40, 000:00 to other African countries, North America and Europe.
  • ₦50,000.00 to South America, Australia, and Asia

The filled PAU Transcript Request Form, scanned documents of the teller, or a screenshot of the transfer should be sent to the email addresses listed below:

Kindly be informed that transcripts take two working weeks to process and deliver to the requested location/address

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT STAMPED AND SIGNED WILL BE SENT TO THE APPLICANT
