PROCEDURE FOR PAU TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM
For your official (stamped and signed) transcript with your CGPA that the PAU sends to other institutions on your behalf, please use this link: https://pau.edu.ng/pau-academic-transcript-form/. (Filled form should have the official name, office and email address and phone number of the receiving party).
If it is a copy of your transcript with your CGPA that would be in your possession that you need, you can (and only you can because you need to login with your PAU mail) download your Student’s (unofficial) Transcript from the portal for your personal use. Official transcripts are not sent to individuals.
Each transcript cost ₦15,000.00 to prepare.
Transcript via email attracts no further charges
FOR HARDCOPY POSTING, SEE ADDITIONAL COURIER MAILING RATES:
- Transcript within Lagos Island: ₦15, 000.00
- Transcript within Lagos Mainland: ₦25, 000.00
- Transcript outside Lagos but within Nigeria: ₦45, 000.00
- Transcript outside Nigeria depends on the country the transcript is going to but it is:
- ₦125, 000.00 to other African countries, North America and Europe.
- ₦145,000.00 to South America, Australia, and Asia

Send the filled PAU’s Transcript Request Form back via email with the scanned documents of your proof of payments (teller, a screenshot of the transfer, etc.) to the email addresses below:

- Transcripts take one week (5 working days) to process and be delivered to the requested location/address.
- Official transcript (stamped and signed) is not sent to individuals please.
