Fredrick Ikpesu
Mr. Fredrick Ikpesu is a Lecturer at Pan-Atlantic University (PAU). Currently, he is a doctoral student of Finance at the University of Lagos. He holds a National Diploma (Distinction) in Banking & Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Science degree (First class honour) in Banking & Finance from the University of Benin and a Master degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. Fredrick is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
His experience cut across the industry and educational sector. He has occupied the position of the Group Head of Finance/Administration before joining PAU. He also worked as a researcher in Lagos Business School (LBS) and has lectured at the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) accredited centers where he taught courses including Corporate Finance, Management of Financial Institutions, Risk Management, Strategic Management, and Performance Management.
Fredrick specializes in Financial Accounting, International Finance, Corporate Finance, Banking, and Performance Management. He has published academic papers in international scholarly journals. In April 2016, his research work (co-authored) won Best Paper Award at the Australia-Middle East Conference on Business and Social Sciences (AMECBSS)/Journal of Developing Area held in Dubai.
In addition to teaching and researching, Fredrick is an external consultant to corporate organization and also an external reviewer to top reputable international journal.
