Dr. Nneka Okekearu 

Director and Head of Gender at Enterprise Development Centre (EDC)

Dr. Nneka Okekearu is the Director and Head of Gender at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan-Atlantic University. with over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, business strategy, gender inclusion, leadership, and capacity building. She is an IFC/LPI Master Trainer and Assessor who has led and managed several flagship entrepreneurship programmes across Africa, including Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women, World Bank Women-X, Cherie Blair Foundation Road to Growth, Mastercard Foundation Transforming Nigerian Youths, and Global Entrepreneurship Week. 

Passionate about mentoring and enterprise growth, Dr. Okekearu has supported thousands of entrepreneurs by facilitating access to finance, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities. She also serves on the boards of Assembly Hub, RecyclePoints, and the Yemisi Shyllon Museum of Art, contributing to innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Her expertise lies in helping entrepreneurs and organisations build sustainable businesses through stronger leadership, sound strategy, and effective business processes.
