With over 15 years of experience spanning banking operations, human resources, project management, and compliance management, I have led the full spectrum of people and programme operations. My work includes designing performance management frameworks, building onboarding systems from scratch, coordinating complex multi-stakeholder programmes, and developing the workforce that powers one of Nigeria’s leading entrepreneurship development institutions.

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an IFC-certified online learning facilitator. I bring a cross-functional lens to every challenge—part operations architect and part people strategist.
