Be Global Ambassadors of PAU– A clarion call to the class of 2022 at the 19th PAU Convocation Ceremony.

The 19th convocation ceremony of Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) took place on the 2nd and 3rd of December 2022 at Lagos Business school, PAU Lekki Campus. During the ceremony- Professor Enase Okonedo (Vice-Chancellor) urged the graduating class to be global ambassadors of PAU.

In her address, Prof Okonedo told the graduating students that; they have not only received quality education and moral principles but also represent the essence of PAU and are prepared to be better citizens of our great nation. “I congratulate you and charge you to become a global ambassador of Pan-Atlantic University. Good luck and Godspeed,” she said.

A total of 323 students received degrees at the event, comprising 137 first degrees and 186 higher degrees. In the first degree category, ten students from the School of Management and Social Sciences (SMSS) and seven from the School of Media and Communication (SMC) bagged First Class Honours.

Prince Yemisi Adedoyin Shyllon, a grand patron of the Yemisi Shyllon Museum of Art (a directorate under PAU), was conferred an honorary doctorate during the graduation ceremony. Ms Oluwakemi Falade, a student of Economics, emerged as the best graduating student with a CGPA of 4.89.

The event ended with cocktails for new graduates, family members and invited guests to celebrate with all the awardees.
