Peter Onu
Dr. Peter Onu is a Senior Lecturer at Pan-Atlantic University. He holds a PhD in Industrial Automation (Operations Management) from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and an MSc (Production) and BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is a Chartered Engineer and an internationally recognised scholar in digital transformation and sustainable engineering systems, a research direction he describes as Digital Green Fusion.
Dr. Onu’s research focuses on smart manufacturing, intelligent energy systems, and smart agriculture, integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, and data-driven decision-making frameworks. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed scholarly articles, with more than 2,000 citations. He has been ranked among the World’s Top 2% of Scientists and listed among the Top 500 Researchers in Nigeria. Dr. Onu actively participates in international conferences and workshops and is committed to advancing intelligent, sustainable engineering solutions with strong industrial and societal impact.
