Yesterday, the Careers Office hosted the 2025 HR Professionals Workshop under the powerful theme: “Emotional Intelligence: Mastering People, Performance & Leadership.” The event brought together HR leaders, professionals, and partners from various industries for a deeply engaging and insightful session.
At the heart of the workshop was a focus on how emotional intelligence shapes effective leadership, enhances team performance, and fosters a people-centric workplace culture.
