Pan-Atlantic University had the privilege of hosting the SEED Global Campus Tour, an initiative by a UK headquartered higher education strategy firm, on March 27th, 2023. The event brought together senior leaders from five top-ranked US STEM schools, Drexel University, Boston University, George Washington University, and New York University (Tandon School of Engineering) to explore partnership opportunities and to help pre-final and final year students with study abroad options.
The event began with a 30-minute interaction between the leadership of relevant faculties on campus and the delegation, discussing potential collaboration opportunities. This was followed by a 15-minute welcome note and introduction of the delegation to a gathering of students by Sanjay Dhingra, the team lead and Chief Operating Officer of SEED GLOBAL EDUCATION at the Engineering Drawing Studio in the School of Science and Technology auditorium of Pan-Atlantic University.
A panel discussion on “How to build a successful global career in STEM” was held for 45 minutes, which was an interactive session on career opportunities that an international education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) could open for students.
Finally, there was an open fair where students got a chance to interact directly with all the foreign university representatives and get answers to their profile-specific queries.
The SEED Global Campus Tour was successful, and Pan-Atlantic University was pleased to host such an initiative that fosters partnerships between top-ranked international universities and leading universities in emerging economies. The event provided a platform for pre-final and final year students interested in pursuing their Master’s education abroad to meet face-to-face with Admissions Directors from top-ranked US STEM schools.
Pan-Atlantic University is committed to providing its students with opportunities that enhance their educational experiences, and we are grateful to SEED Global Campus Tour for this initiative.
