Pan-Atlantic University (PAU) recently hosted a dinner in Lagos to express its profound gratitude to retiring members of the Board of Trustees and Governing Council for their dedicated and gratuitous service. The event, held last Wednesday, February 19th celebrated the selfless contributions of individuals including Professor Emma Obikili, Mr. Kingsley Ekwem, Dr. Imelda Wallace, and Engr. Maurizio Fattarelli.
The gathering was attended by members of the Board of Trustees, led by Chairman Prof. Stephen Afolami, and the Governing Council. University officers, including Vice-Chancellor Prof. Enase Okonedo and Registrar Mr. Kingsley Ukaoha, were also present, along with University’s Chancellor Reverend Father Tony Odoh.
In her remarks, Prof. Okonedo expressed deep appreciation for the retirees’ years of commitment and service to PAU, emphasizing the gratuitous nature of their contributions. The honoured members shared fond memories of their time with the university and pledged their continued support for its future progress. This event highlighted the university’s commitment to recognising and celebrating the invaluable and freely given contributions of its esteemed leaders.
