The Accounting Department of the School of Management and Social Sciences at Pan-Atlantic University is proud to announce a groundbreaking achievement: we have been granted Accelerated Programme Status (APS) by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). This milestone makes us the first university in Nigeria to earn this prestigious recognition.
Until now, accounting students in Nigeria could only claim seven exemptions from ACCA exams after graduation. With our new APS designation, students from 100 to 400 level can now claim these exemptions while still enrolled in university. This innovative development offers our students an unparalleled opportunity to qualify as Chartered Accountants before graduation by completing and passing the remaining six ACCA papers.
